Bazaars of Old Delhi

The Old Dehli is a historical part of Indian capital and a part of the city where the street life is more dense, colourful and open. The continuous web of small streets in the Old Delhi’s bazaars are so crowded, one can easily get lost there for hours. But it is the part of the game and will give the ultimate experience and beautiful flavour of oriental bazaar. In every step there are layers and layers of history of this multiculture city almost without any touches of modernity.

Tibetan refugee colony

Tibetan refugee camp or Majnu-Ka-Tilla is the small district on the bank of Yamuna river in the north Delhi. It is the small piece of Himalaya in Delhi and true oasis for those tired of the buzz of dusty city. It is almost unique place in Delhi where you can just sit in the small square and watch the daily life of small comunity. And nobody will disturb you. Simple and inexpencive local hotels are occupied almost by tibetan monks and backpackers trying to escape from Delhi’s touts and hassle.
